Zasso, noble wines obtained from the premitura to controlled temperature of local grapes. To completed fermentation they let to rest for the necessary time and therefore they are bottled. For some red ones an ulterior aging in barrique is previewed.
The singular composition of lands in which the Zasso wine cellars are obtained, guarantee to these great red constant humidities and temperature during all the their rest.
